After 15 years of doing I.T. work, I’ve decided to try my hand at blogging. I realize that I often get the same questions from people. “How do I do this?” “Why does that happen?” So I thought, perhaps if I setup a tech support blog, they can read the answers and understand what is happening to the computers.
I also noticed that lots of tech support articles assume that users know their way around a computer’s inner workings.
